I've been very impressed with my IPL device. After the second use I noticed my hair has grown back significantly slower. I have fair skin and dark hair. My skin is sensitive, but I've had zero irritation. At first I used level 2, but for the second treatment I was able to go up to level 3. The treatments aren't painful, just warm with an occasional burning sensation that goes away quickly. I'm confident my results will be even better after more treatments. My legs, bikini, forearms and underarms take about 60 minutes total per treatment. Can't recommend this product enough!

There are a lot of these on the market. After some research I picked the TOKYO DIAMOND because of the
